Judy was born and raised in The Dalles. She is married and she has two children. Judy has been an advocate for her career, and is happy to continue advocating for people with EOSSB. Judy enjoys spending time on her property with her horses and her two dogs, Alice a 13 year old black lab and Ricky, a 12 year old rescue chihuahua. She takes Ricky and her horse Joe on camping adventures during the summer months.
