We are still receiving mail and have a drop-box at the office, (black box) clearly marked, located to the left of the office entrance.
Only a few staff members are in the office at-a-time, otherwise staff are working remotely. Individuals are still welcome to knock on our door and we can assist you through our plexi-window. This may also impact our ability to answer calls placed to the admin office. Please leave a voicemail with your name, number and the information you are calling about, as we will still return calls within 2 business days or sooner for urgent matters.
Personal Agent contact info and communication information has not changed
Voicemails left at the office are forwarded to each individual’s email, so the team member will still receive your messages even when working remotely.
Considerations are still being made around payroll and individual circumstances will be discussed when issues arise for people around obtaining signatures and submission of timely timecards. Please be sure to discuss your circumstances with your Personal Agent as early as they arise, as last minute communications may not be received in time to take action within the current payroll period.
